Advertible Holdings Inc ("Advertible," "we," "us," or "our") provides programmatic advertising infrastructure and ad serving technology to publishers, advertisers, and ad networks. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information through our ad serving platform, including 4dvertible.com and related subdomains (the "Services").

2. Information We Collect

When our infrastructure delivers or tracks an ad impression, we may collect:

• IP address (used to infer geographic region; not stored in full)
• User agent string (browser, OS, device type)
• Referrer URL
• Timestamp of ad request and impression
• Ad unit, creative, and campaign identifiers
• Click and interaction events

We may also receive bid request data from SSPs and ad exchanges in OpenRTB format, including contextual signals and pseudonymous audience segments.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We do not set or read cookies on user devices. We do not engage in device fingerprinting.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

• Publisher, advertiser, and ad network clients to deliver the Services and provide reporting
• Infrastructure providers (cloud, CDN) under data processing agreements
• DSPs and SSPs as required by OpenRTB protocols
• Authorities when required by law

6. Data Retention

Impression-level log data is retained for up to 90 days. Aggregated reporting data may be retained longer. Raw IP addresses are not retained beyond the processing of a single ad request.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data. All data transmitted through our infrastructure is encrypted in transit via TLS/SSL.

8. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. Transfers from the EEA or UK rely on appropriate legal mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Submit requests to the contact below. As our Services are B2B, consumer rights requests should generally be directed to the publisher or advertiser whose ad you encountered.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. GDPR / CCPA

We act primarily as a data processor on behalf of our clients (the data controllers). We support compliance with GDPR and CCPA. We do not sell personal data. California residents may exercise rights under CCPA by contacting us below.
